Chef David will be providing 2 kinds of Japanese style sandwiches:

  • tsukune (Japanese style minched chichken)sando smoked with cannabis branch

  • Hoshigaki (dried persimmon) sando 

$5 a sandwich.

Served with Mugicha (barley tea)

This is a small pop-up tasting event, there will be 30 sandwiches each
